Born and raised in a very active family in Oregon, I played football, basketball and lacrosse all the way through high school. Weight lifting and fitness has always been a significant part of my life with my involvement in sports. It wasn't until I was 16 when major life changes occurred that I found myself in the gym 7 days a week for more than a workout. Lifting became my biggest passion and coping mechanism; I took it seriously on my own, outside of sports, and found a security and sense of peace I never felt in myself.
Since then, I have been in love with the gym and have never skipped a leg day. Not only have I been training friends and family for the last 3-4 years to achieve their physical goals, but also to discover the stress relief and improvement in mental health that comes with it. From creating workout programs, to 1-on-1 training sessions, to meal plans - I've done it all. Fitness is my biggest passion and I want to use my knowledge and skills to help others become the best they can be.
Serving others is what motivates me and gets me out of bed - I feel it is my calling in life. There is nothing more rewarding than having a positive impact in someone's life and watching them grow as they do it!
I was a kid grooming hair under my mother’s garage when I found out that I was very passionate about helping others and showing them how to find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life.
I have been training myself since a young teenager eager to make it to the next level in high school basketball. I was fortunate to play all levels of basketball- high school, collegiate, and professional. Through my many years of playing ball, I found my love for fitness. I care deeply about my clients and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody take the journey and experience what makes them happy, confident and strong!
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It's about looking good, feeling good and performing good in life. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal of mine to help clients achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues. I want to be there for each client as they discover their full potential, the benefits and joy of training that helped shape me into the person I am today. I am here to be your personal guide on every step of the way.
While the main focus of our job is to help clients reach their fitness goals physically, "fitness" means much more than just physicality. Working out and eating healthy will absolutely bring about physical growth, but what people often don't realize is the mental and emotional growth that comes with it; and that is our approach. Our goal is to not only improve your physical fitness, but your mental and emotional fitness as well. We want to show you a healthy and effective lifestyle that will bring about significant growth and change. Everyone has different wants and needs. Some people are very independent and want more of an accountability partner, while others learn better from seeing and then doing. For this reason, we offer a variety of term lengths and frequency of training in order to find what suits your needs best. Terms can go for 2 months, 4 months or 6+ months, and sessions are always an hour long. During your consultation and assessment, we will find out what options best suit your needs.
