"Abs are made in the kitchen" is a cliché for a reason! An effective workout program will only take you halfway there; fueling your body with the proper nutrition ensures growth is created and sustained. We will create a nutrition plan for you that will cement the gains that we make in the gym.
Looking in the mirror everyday is often frustrating when we are unable to see change. Doing monthly body scans and having measurements taken will show you, whether the mirror is showing you or not, that progress has been made and growth as occurred. Numbers don't lie!
A workout program is no good if you don't know how to perform each exercise! We will train with you to demonstrate how to properly perform each exercise and correct any mistakes that are made. Doing so will prevent a pattern of incorrect form and potential injuries.
Whether you are out of town or have questions or concerns that are not able to be answered in person or over the phone, we will be make sure that you are taken care of! We will provide digital copies of your workout and meal plans, in addition to video explanations of each exercise in your daily workout routine.
Have more short term goals? The 2 month program is perfect for you - enough time to effectively get you to where you want to be without wasting any time.
The 4 month program is best if you are looking for more than just a physical goal - learn more about effective training styles, gain the confidence you need to take on the gym by yourself and become self-sufficient with creating training regiments for yourself.
Maximum results and learning. This program will allow enough time for a total body re-composition. We will start by cutting off fat and trimming unwanted weight, transition into building muscle, and finish by strengthening your entire body. By the end of this program you will be confident enough to train me!
Each session will be an hour long - enough time to get through a full workout while keeping the intensity high and focusing on learning and improvement along the way.
