"Failing to make a plan is making a plan to lose" - that's what a workout program is for you - a plan of attack in the gym of what workouts to do, how many sets and reps, weight, rest time, etc. in order to reach your goals. It is the "yellow brick road" for your workouts.
Social media has tons of information on what workouts to do and how to do them; what happens when you have a question, if you don't know if you're doing the exercise correctly, if you're not "feeling it" where the workout is supposed to target? Does each video take into account who you are, your body type, your strengths and weaknesses, etc.? Working with a professional ensures exercises are taught AND performed correctly, while making sure you are building confidence along the way. I want to take you to the point that you don't need any videos to create different workouts for yourself.
Frequency and duration, along with knowledge and fitness levels all play a big part in how long it takes to be fully independent and confident about working out - that's why I offer 2-month, 4-month and 6-month programs! Together, we'll make a plan of attack no matter how quickly or how long it takes to reach your goals and independence.

Meal planning does take a conscious effort - the good news is we do all the planning! All it takes on your end is the grocery shopping and eating what you are supposed to. Like it or not, fitness goals are unachievable without the proper nutrition, and we ensure you get what you need and nothing more.
